A blend of high-quality dry seasonings and rusk to make the perfect delicious burger. It is a free-flowing product with a distinctive aroma and taste.

Features:

• 500g per sachet
• Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
• 10% usage rate
• For every 454g of mix, 10lb of burger is produced

Instructions:

• Coarse mince meats
• Mix meat, burger mix and water thoroughly
• Form burgers on a suitable machine

Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Rising Agent E503) Salt, Spices, Caster Sugar, Wheat Flour, Herbs, Natural Flavouring, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Dehydrated Garlic, Antioxidant E301, Colour E120.
