It is a free-flowing salt-based product with a distinctive aroma and taste. Allergens in this product are gluten and mustard.

• 500g per sachet
• Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
• 7.5% usage rate
• For every 454g of mix, 10lb of burger is produced

Instructions:

• Coarse mince meats
• Mix meat, burger mix and water thoroughly
• Form burgers on a suitable machine

Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt), Salt, Dried Horseradish, Spices (Contains Mustard), Dextrose, Preservative E262 and E221 (Sodium Sulphite), Dehydrated Onion.

Allergens: Gluten, Mustard, Sulphites
