Chargrill Burger Mix

A subtle smoky note, with a hint of pepper, this dry mix contains seasoning and rusk to add to your meat & water. Our Chargrill Burger Mix can also be used for making perfect meatballs or can be combined with our natural or collagen casings to make tasty sausages.

• 500g per sachet
• Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
• 10% usage rate
• For every 454g of mix, 10lb of burger is produced

Instructions:

• Coarse mince meats
• Mix meat, burger mix and water thoroughly
• Form burgers on a suitable machine

Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Rising Agent E503) Salt, Dextrose, Dehydrated Onion, Smoke Flavouring, Spices and Spice Extract, Wheat Flour, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant E301.
