A perfect blend of high-quality dry seasonings and rusk to create a juicy Chicken Burger.

Features:

• 500g per sachet
• Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
• 10% usage rate
• For every 454g of mix, 10lb of burger is produced

Instructions:

• Mix meat, burger mix and water thoroughly
• Form burgers on a suitable machine

Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Rising Agent E503) Potato Starch, Salt, Dextrose, Dehydrated Onion, Herbs and Herb Extract, Spices, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Antioxidant E301.
