Our Chinese Meat Glaze is exceptionally popular, it is a sweet-savoury oriental glaze that has a distinctive aniseed aroma and flavour.

Features:

• Easy to use
• No artificial colours
• Minimal preparation time
• No hydrogenated vegetable fat
• Multi-use; oven bake, grill or BBQ

Instructions:

1. Simply coat chosen meat with glaze
2. Leave to marinade for a minimum of 15 minutes
3. Oven bake, grill or BBQ for required cooking time

Storage: If stored correctly (at an ambient temperature), this product will have a one-month minimum shelf life once opened, but can last upwards of 8 months based on appropriate handling and storage.
