A versatile, easy to use and tasty Classic Complete Burger Mix. It has a superb beefy flavour and a hint of onion, too.

Features:

• Minimum preparation of only 15 minutes
• No artificial colours and flavours
• No hydrogenated vegetable fat
• Approx 3.4 x 100g portions per 340g sachet

Instructions:

• Place your chosen meat or poultry in a bowl
• Add 100g of Classic Burger Mix With Onion, if required add 150mls of cold water per 1 kilo of minced meat or poultry
• Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and re-mince if required
• Form into desired shape
