Instructions:

• For the best results add 60g of marinade to 600g of your chosen raw meat or poultry (or 10% of the weight of your meat)
• Sprinkle the marinade over your meat or poultry to ensure an even coating all over
• Leave to marinate for about 10 minutes in the fridge
• Bake, Barbecue or Grill until the meat or poultry is cooked thoroughly. Oven cook at 180°C

Ingredients: Sugar, Maltodextrin, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Diacetate), Dried Rubbed Mint (3.75%), Malic Acid, Yeast Extract, (Salt, Maltodextrin), Yeast Extract, Tomato Powder, Maize Starch, Anti Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Paprika Extract, Thickener (Guar Gum), Rapeseed Oil, Ground Ginger, Garden Mint Flavour (0.04%).
